1. Current Service (Pre-Launch)

Agentokratia is currently in pre-launch. Our website allows you to:

• Learn about our upcoming agent marketplace
• Sign up for our waitlist to receive launch updates
• Download the Agentic Manifesto

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or signing up for our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for our waitlist or use our services.

4. Waitlist

• By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive emails about our launch and product updates
• You can unsubscribe at any time
• We will not sell or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes

5. Future Marketplace Terms

When our marketplace launches on December 17, 2025, additional terms will apply. Key points:

For Creators:

• You must own or have rights to the agents you list
• Agents must not be malicious or violate any laws
• You are responsible for accurately describing your agent's capabilities

For Users:

• Payments are made in USDC on the Base blockchain
• Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed
• You may only review agents you have paid for

On-Chain Data:

• Reviews and ratings are stored on the blockchain and are permanent
• No one - including Agentokratia - can delete on-chain data
• Your wallet address will be publicly associated with your transactions and reviews

6. Intellectual Property

The Agentokratia name, logo, website content, and the Agentic Manifesto are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Disclaimer

Our website and future marketplace are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or the quality of third-party agents listed on our marketplace.

8. Limitation of Liability

Agentokratia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or marketplace.

9. Changes to Terms

We will update these Terms when our marketplace launches. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
